How do I accept my Offer of Admission into LIBT?

Once you have submitted your application form and supporting documents you will receive an offer of admission from LIBT. This offer may be conditional (if we are still waiting for documents from your) or unconditional (if you have provided all the documents necessary for admission). Please check the conditions of the offer as you will have to meet ALL the conditions before we are able to give you an unconditional offer letter. If you have any queries regarding the conditions of your offer, please contact the Admissions Office at LIBT.

The acceptance process:

To confirm your place at LIBT you must:

• Complete and return the Acceptance Form (we send this to you with your offer letter) to the LIBT Admissions Office.
• Pay your tuition fee deposit as listed on page 2 of your offer of admission. You will also find payment methods on this page.
• Send us proof of payment (usually a bank transfer receipt).

When we receive your acceptance form, tuition fee deposit and proof of payment, we will issue your Visa Support Letter which you will need if you are applying for UK student visa.

We will also send you a Pre-Departure Guide to help you prepare to come to LIBT.

Please make sure you read the Pre-Departure Guide carefully before you start your course with us as this will help you know what to expect when you get here.

Please note all documents will be emailed and couriered to you or your agent (if you applied through an LIBT representative).

Accommodation booking:

LIBT is able to offer on-campus accommodation to all students who have confirmed their place. For more information please click here.

Pre-Arrival Checklist - please make sure you have completed the following:

• met the conditions of your offer of admission or am able to meet these prior to the start of your course
• returned your completed Acceptance Form to the LIBT Admissions Office
• received your Pre-Departure Guide
• understood when you have to arrive at LIBT to start your course
• if you require on-campus accommodation, you have made all the relevant payments and returned your Acceptance Form to confirm the type of accommodation you need.
• been contacted by the Brunel Accommodation Office to confirm your accommodation.

Payment methods:

• Cheque/bankers drafts: Please make the cheque / bankers drafts payable to ‘London IBT Ltd’ (except the £250 accommodation deposit which, if paying by cheque should be made payable to ‘Brunel University’)

• Telegraphic Transfer (TT): Please use the LIBT Bank Account Details below to pay by telegraphic transfer. Please use your LIBT Student ID as the reference when you send the money (you will find this on your offer letter). This will allow us to match the payment to your name. If you do not do this, it can take longer for us to match the payment and therefore longer for your to get your Visa Support Letter.

• Debit/credit cards: Currently we can only accept payments by debit/credit card in person at LIBT. Please note there is a 2% surcharge on credit card payments.

• LIBT is unable to accept payments by cash. If you wish to pay your tuition fees by cash you should go in person to an HSBC bank and pay the funds into our LIBT account (details below).

LIBT Bank Account Details

 Pre-sesional English Language Course Students 

Students with an LIBT offer of admission which includes a Pre-sesional English Language Course at the Brunel University International Pathways and Language Centre (IPLC).

If you have been offered a place at LIBT conditional upon you completing an English language course at the International Pathways and Language Centre (IPLC) will need to pay the IPLC fees directly to them not LIBT. Details can be found on the application form. IPLC will forward you all the necessary documents including your visa support letter.

Please note that all pre-arrival arrangements will be made by the IPLC Admissions Officer.
